<h2>What is Cubuss jewellery made of?</h2><p>All our jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. Gold-plated models are 925 silver with gold plating.</p>
<h2>Is the jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?</h2><p>925 silver with rhodium plating is well tolerated by most people with sensitive skin, and rhodium also slows down tarnishing.</p>
<h2>How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?</h2><p>Delivery within Croatia costs €8 and takes 1–2 working days. Delivery to other EU countries costs €13 and takes 5–8 working days.</p>
<h2>Do you ship outside the European Union?</h2><p>We currently ship only to Croatia and EU countries.</p>
<h2>How can I pay?</h2><p>You can pay by debit or credit card through the secure Shopify checkout.</p>
<h2>Can I return a product?</h2><p>Yes. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email cubuss.silver@gmail.com or use our <a href="/en/pages/obrazac-za-raskid-ugovora">withdrawal form</a>. For hygiene reasons this does not apply to earrings whose protective seal has been opened.</p>

<h2>Do you sell jewellery sets?</h2><p>Yes, we offer matching necklace and earring sets in silver and gold-plated versions (Kocka, Ovalni, Suza and Veliki sets) – perfect as a gift.</p>
<h2>Do you have children's jewellery?</h2><p>Yes, we offer children's silver bracelets with an engraving plate and butterfly earrings. Keep small jewellery out of reach of young children.</p>
<h2>How do I care for silver jewellery?</h2><p>Remove jewellery before showering, swimming and applying perfume, store it in a closed pouch and wipe it with a soft cloth.</p>
