Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a customer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing to cubuss.silver@gmail.com or by post to the seller's address.

Returning products

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal, undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.

Complaints

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately after delivery with your order number, a description and photos. We respond to written complaints within 15 days.
