All orders from the CUBUSS web store (seller: CUBUS 2018 d.o.o., Metković) are delivered via courier service.
Delivery area
We deliver to the territory of the Republic of Croatia and all member states of the European Union.
Shipping prices and times
- Croatia: €8.00 – standard delivery time 1–2 business days
- Other EU countries: €13.00 – standard delivery time 5–8 business days
Orders received on workdays by 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. The shipping cost is displayed in the cart before completing your order. In case of exceptional circumstances (holidays, adverse weather, increased parcel volume), the delivery time may be extended, of which we will notify you in a timely manner.
Receiving the parcel
The courier will contact you at the phone number provided in the order. When receiving the parcel, please check in the presence of the courier that the packaging is undamaged. In case of visible damage, you may refuse the parcel or draw up a report on the condition of the parcel with the courier, which facilitates our claims process.
Tracking your shipment
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we will send a tracking number to your email address.
