<p>Under consumer protection law you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within <strong>14 days</strong> of the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product, without giving any reason.</p>

<h2>Effects of withdrawal</h2>
<p>When we receive your withdrawal we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.</p>
<p>Please send the goods back no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal to: CUBUS 2018 d.o.o., O. Ante Gabrića 63, 20350 Metković, Croatia. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.</p>
<p>For hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal does not apply to stud earrings and other pierced-ear products if their protective seal has been opened after delivery.</p>
