1. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Cubuss online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accept these terms. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms; each order is subject to the terms in force at the time it is placed.

2. Products and prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown before payment. Product photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour and appearance are possible. The seller may change prices, but the price valid at the time of ordering is binding.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the order and payment and the seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The seller may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or in case of an obvious pricing error, in which case the customer will be informed immediately and the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card through a secure payment system. Card details are not stored by the seller. An electronic invoice is sent to the customer by email.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Croatia (EUR 8.00) and to European Union member states (EUR 13.00). Delivery times and conditions are described in the Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. The procedure is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Complaints and warranty

The seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act. Complaints can be submitted in writing to cubuss.silver@gmail.com or by post to the seller's address. We respond to written complaints within 15 days of receipt.

8. Personal data protection

Customers' personal data is processed solely to fulfil orders, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See the Privacy Statement for details.

9. Dispute resolution

We will try to resolve any disputes amicably. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court at the seller's registered office, without prejudice to consumers' rights under mandatory regulations.
